This from a publication dated 12-24-2020. In THAT specific trial, pregnant and breastfeeding women were NOT studied, so they cannot recommend it. Since then, women have been studied and reported- the recommendations are from those studies, not this.

I'd need to find the publication itself. Apparently the dump is 90k pages

Dudes will literally focus in on the highlighted part, and ignore the first part where it says "THERE IS NO DATA AVAILABLE". Additionally, it doesnt say that its "unsafe", it says they dont recommend it for the aforementioned reason that there is no data to validate if it is or is not safe.
