I went to get my infusion treatment for Crohn's today. As I walked into the hospital I noticed only a couple people wearing masks. Woman at the front desk told me you don't have to wear one anymore. None of the nurses were even wearing one inside the treatment room where people who are severely immune compromised have to sit for hours. I was not pleased.

No one is wearing masks in the Monterey Bay area even though cases are on the rise. It really sucks as someone with young kids. My 5 yo got his first shot yesterday though so he will be at least partially protected by the time summer camps start.

I still wear my mask in most stores because it doesn't bother me a whole lot and wearing it reduces my chances of getting any sort of sick. Honestly, I feel somewhat naked if I'm not wearing it.
