CD PROJEKT RED today revealed that the next installment in The Witcher series of video games is currently in development with Unreal Engine 5, kicking off a new saga for the franchise and a new technology partnership with Epic Games.

Today’s announcement marks the first official confirmation of a new game in The Witcher series since the release of CD PROJEKT RED’s previous single-player, AAA RPG in the franchise — The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt — which won a total of 250 Game of the Year awards and was later expanded upon with the Hearts of Stone and Blood & Wine add-ons.

She lost her use of the elements fully when she renounced the source in the desert and that never came back fully correct? Though not sure why she's not zipping around like we saw as Ciri in the previous game but i'm guessing has something to do with canon ending being she becomes a Witcher in that one?

i think they're developing a game called The Witcher 4 to explain deez tings

know they lost a lot of faith with Cyberpunk's launch but the story / writing / characters slapped from day 1 there and Phantom Liberty was phenomenal as well. suppose i'll believe in their storytelling ability until they prove i shouldn't. cdpr take the wheel. powodzenia.

Trailer is fine, but older Ciri looks way different in a new engine compared to how we left her in 3. Looking forward to it though.
