UWU and UCOB are also very forgiving (these days, not sure how it was during its initial run) in that even if one or two person messes up, it's still possible to recover and keep going (this was observed from Rich Campbell, one of the WoW refugees, clearing it with a dedicated group of ultimate players (some would say carried due to the raid leader telling him exactly what to do in some scenarios, though I'm not here to argue or discuss this. There's a very divided opinion over it)). In TEA a screw up did mean there's a high if not gauranteed possibility of hitting the enrage at the end and naturally TEA took the most attempts/longest for Rich to clear. I would expect the same for this latest ultimate.
The checkpoint thing is neat though, previously it was basically impossible to practice later phases. So that's a bit of frustration prevention.
