Haven't you ever heard of in Baseball (MLB, due to long season (generally)) that you will typically lose 1/3 of your games and win 1/3 of your games, it's how you do in the other 1/3 of the games that sets the rest. 6-3 is going 3-0 on the remaining 1/3 of games (in this small scale) but still.
