The shift banning is pretty stupid but I've given up arguing with people about it. I just can't believe these guys get paid tens of millions of dollars and can't figure out how to hit the ball into the completely empty half of the field.

Thats mainly my reasoning for not minding the change. Most players nowadays absolutely refuse to adapt to it, i.e. Gallo, so it makes for awful baseball overall imo.

Too much money involved in todays game not to try and pad your stats instead of what’s best for the team.

The rules do actually have very specific dimensions for the infield.

Oh I didn't read that deep. I know Fenway has a different size for the infield compared to every other park, wonder if they'll have to change it.
