    If a batter gets walked 3 times(incl HBP) in one game, they should be awarded second base at that point.

    Reasoning: If the shift is banned because "fans dont wanna see shitty weak oppo field hits, its ruining the game", then walking a batter 3 times in the same game is of the exact same concequence.
