In an interview with Famitsu, Kingdom Hearts series Director Tetsuya Nomura shared a few more details about Kingdom Hearts 4. He stated that the team will be prioritizing development on Kingdom Hearts 4 and that no new information beyond this interview will release anytime soon.

The Neo: The World Ends with You writer, Akiko Ishibashi, is working on Kingdom Hearts 4 - not Kazuhige Nojima.

The game will run on the Unreal 5 Engine.

They confirmed the Five Masters besides Luxu have all vanished, and the Lost Masters will be an enemy faction like Organization XIII was.
