I honestly have no idea what’s a penalty in the playoffs anymore, the refs no-call the Perry and Hedman hits but then call multiple minors in the third conveniently for the rangers after pocketing their whistles all game??

Still also trying to wrap my head around three minor penalties in the first 10 minutes of game 7 of NYR-Carolina
