Are you also going for tuna sashimi suit? We don't know how the new power upgrades will work out and not all have been announced, but none are particularly meta right now; Jane would be the best on-field driver to pick. I use Burnice in an Alice/Burnice/Yuhuza team that works well. Lycaon has use on the original Miyabi team with Soukaku. Any of those three would be fine depending on what your team needs are.

Would probably depend a lot on who you have already. Qingyi is still a fine stunner. Burnice's buffs will bring her closer to Vivian (on Fire weak bosses, anyway). Jane is decent, but her M1 is really where she starts to compete with the current new hotness for Anomaly characters. If you have Alice and no Jane, I would probably grab Burnice or Qingyi (unless you just like Jane, which is valid).

Jane's w-engine is probably the best one available though unless you desperately need Stun wengines for someone.

I was interested in her back in the day but I wasn't really playing much until it hit xbox, and I think her rerun was at a bad time or might even have been before xbox still, also, kinda like with pulling for Vivian, having a skin for a character I don't have will bother me, because I'm easily manipulated lol.

Meh...152 pulls to get Ye and literally that's all to show for it; A* roster count is ass.

24k left but unsure if I should go Brimstone and Sugar or Cloudcleave with S5 Original Transformer. Still need to save up for Seed re-run to have a team that doesn't steal from another team, so I could skimp on the weapons entirely, but that does feel bad.

I got YSG in 20 pulls and her wengine in about 80. The upcoming Angels don't appeal to me at all so I'm quite tempted to throw the rest of my polychrome at the guaranteed banner for Sanby to finally get a real Electric DPS on my roster.

After losing just about every 50/50 I got her in the 1st 10 pull.

Got so spooked I did maybe one pull on the W Engine and shut the game down to play something else.

How crucial is the W Engine for her?

It's good, but it's not critical. Brimstone is a pretty fine stand-in.

got YSG and her wengine, pulling for zhao's, not sure what (if anything) I will pull for once I get it, either of their M1s worth it, or one of the guaranteed (have m1 Astra and wengine, and M0 Alice, no Sanby) or should I just start saving? Don't know the Angels kits at all but not huge fan of them design-wise.

Based on the other new disc set and leaks, it seems like we're going to get an Anomaly-centered stunner some time soon-ish. If that interests you I'd probably be saving for that. I dunno if Zhao or YSG's M1s are good but I personally would avoid going for mindscapes on any free character. I haven't decided if I'm gonna go for Zhao's wengine or just slap Caesar's on her.

I wasn't sure with Zhao (haven't looked at her mindscapes yet) if it was like the free m0 kinda sucks but getting to m1 is significant upgrade or if that's just me being cynical lol

The current pattern is release characters who make their best teams, and sometimes a support/anomoly will also be good outside of said team, so hoping for that is a bit of a gamble.

Sorry, double post, but, wth was that 2.6 story? For being the "Chinese" location story, that was horrible after 2.3 and was so slapped together they'd better pull a comparable miracle in 3.0 and the interludes leading up to it.

Kinda felt like they were just trying to tie up all the loose ends so they could move on. The 2.X stories so far have felt a bit meandering anyway so if they have something more coherent they want to get started on I can abide the clumsy finale here.

Well, sheet, seems like Sunna is pretty damn good for Ye Shunguang, and if I did pick her up, then I don't have to steel JuFu from Yuan. That would give me Physical/Veil, Sheer/Ether, Ice, and a Fire/Physical team, but with only 28.6k crystals and 12 pulls, that's getting really lucky for her weapon. She's not my favorite character design either, but neither is Dailyn. So much for any electric boogaloo team any time soon, since Harumasa is the best I can field with Anby and Rina.

Maybe I'll wait and see after the story chapter is complete.

The Harumasa buffs were also pretty decent, so that's something at least.

I personally am skipping the idols because I'm just really not down with the designs (and Sunna's alt skin is even more off-putting to me). I'd definitely pull Dialyn before Sunna personally, but that's more because she's also great with Yixuan and YSG doesn't technically need a stunner since she gains the benefit of the stun multiplier while she's in her Ether Veil anyway.

Right now I'm saving for Cissa and/or Seth's brother.

Mitigating factor is I do have C6 Wan-Pan-Da, so it's not horrible when I switch out Jufu. Smart money is holding though.

close to pity on Sunna bc even though I'm not keen on the design I usually pull for supports, but of the 3 idols I like Nangong Yu the most, would it be completely stupid to wait and get her instead? If I get Sunna I'd need a lot of luck to get Yu. s

Depends on what you're trying to do. But IMO YSG is strong enough on her own that Sunna feels superfluous for most things if you're just getting her for YSG. Nangong Yu, at least currently, is looking to be very very good for a lot of Anomaly characters, especially Miyabi. So I personally would probably wait for Yu.

I'm skipping Sunna but I'm also probably skipping Nangong Yu because I really am just not down with the loli designs. It will probably depend a bit on who's leaked coming with/after Cissia though.
