Have been. Apparently so buggy they are giving a free SSR to China as they released early. What they do for the NA release will speak volumes.

We're getting the selector too.

I will be trying it out, but I'm not sure if I'll vibe with it long term. Also I'm not sure if I screwed something up with my account, but I didn't seem to get any preregistration rewards etc. Edit: Looking up online seems to be a common bug :/

I got the pre-reg rewards when I arrived in the city that you can free roam.



Codes are entered via the cellphone from a selection labeled "...", on PS5 it's the menu button. What they left out of that menu, on PS5, is that you need to tap triangle to then enter a code and tap it again before submitting.

My first impressions is that I prefer ZZZ's combat & story, but I enjoy NTE's freedom of exploration. It's gacha is okay. The first S grade selection on the permanent banner is 50 pulls (it's dice rolls on this) and those first 50 are discounted to the cost of 40. Then it's 40 more pulls for a guaranteed, but no selection. The first story boss in free roam is level 18, somewhat forcing you to use leveling mats (level cap is 20 to begin). Controls are fine, but feel loose on console. I find myself jumping into a new menu because I accidently nudged the joystick. Also, nearly every surface is climbable, so you automatically magnet to it when you get close. Stamina is limited to running. Climbing and gliding cost is free. The combat is a hack & slash that has a combo system that resembles ZZZ, but is not nearly as tight. Weapons in this are carts that are slotted into a knockoff Gameboy and it's further upgrades are Tetris patterns.

I need to spend more time with it before commenting any further.

Played a bit too. It does feel like a mix of WuWa and ZZZ but not as polished. Not being able to wall run full time is pretty frustrating after WuWa, lol. Climbing animations are also not as good. Driving feels clunky to me, but I'm also not a fan of driving games in general. Combat also doesn't feel like anything special right now, so I'm not sure if I wanna continue much.

It's the same developer as Tower of Fantasy, so I'm steering clear lol.

I don't blame you, but this is leagues better than ToF so far. Controller support for this is passable at least, though menu navigation could be better. Combat not quite as fluid as WuWa or ZZZ. The sound track (for driving at least) has been pretty good. The weird horror-ish vibes the missions have given off has been kinda neat. The driving is ok, did a few racing missions with the awful starter car.

Good luck for anyone going for Promeia or Billy! I'm skipping both I think (we'll see about Billy) so I can save for Norma and Velina, but Billy looks so damn cool.

Just learned that the Hotori VA in NTE is the same VA for Senior Fufu and Ardelia from Arknights Endfield.
