Nah. He was using his own money, he just wasn't declaring it on company financials as a business expense from what I was reading (unless this 5 mil was separate) so that's why he's in trouble. Not that he was busy fucking, he just wasn't listing the payoffs as expenses.

BTE today made it super clear that Kenny will be back on Wednesday, you can even hear his voice in the background at one part and the episode ends with the first few notes of his theme playing.

Also as per usual the Ryan Nemeth segment is incredible.
