I think I've gotten reasonably lucky. I've hit pity on most of my summons, with the exception of a little early on generic banner once.

I wasn't going to pull for Blade originally, but after seeing how his kit worked and feeling the lack of Wind damage on my account, I ended up going for him. I had to go basically to hard pity on both banners, but I won the 50/50 for him and the 72/25 for his light cone.

It doesn't leave me in a super good position to get Kafka, but I'm gonna try anyway. Kafka + Break Effect Physical Trailblazer just seems like a real good time. I am well overdue to start losing some 50/50s though. I've pulled on every banner so far except Silver Wolf's weapon and the only coin toss I've lost was on Jing Yuan's light cone.

I wasn't interested in Blade at all before, but after getting to try him out I was surprised how nice he felt to play. But I'm not pulling anyway. Decided I'm currently satisfied with my roster and need to focus on getting it geared up. Right now I'm either waiting for some new character to pop up and grab my interest, or I'll go after IL or Jingliu (although who knows when she's coming)

Soo, I wasn't planning on getting Kafka, but after using her in the new event (which is pretty cool too, btw), I actually think she's really cool >.>; And I did a couple of pulls on her banner to see if I can get Luca early, got Serval E5 instead, but then after like 2 pulls I suddenly got a 5-star (that was barely 10-pulls after getting Loucha, never had such luck before in a Hoyo game ). It was Bailou, which I didn't have before, but I do have Loucha as my 2nd healer and Natasha is useful due to her cleanse, so I dunno how to feel about that), so now that I lost 50/50 I'm tempted to try to actually get Kafka, because I do have enough wishes, lol

Well, ladies and gentlemen, my extremely good luck came to a screeching halt on Kafka's banners, lol. Had to go to hard pity and lost the 50/50 to Bailu (new character so not the end of the world), then had to go to 80 to get Kafka. On her weapon banner I had to go to 80 and lost the 75/25 to Bailu's light cone (now S2). I don't really want to buy any more jades so I'm gonna try to scrape together what I can from the events I haven't done and see if I can get lucky and not go to hard pity a fourth time.

It's also tempting to just not go for her light cone and bank on the new Nihility cone in Herta's shop in 1.3, which looks like it'll be pretty solid for Kafka. I think I'm still gonna try for her signature one though and we'll see what happens. I don't have much interest in Imbibitor or Fu Xuan so the next patch will just be a saving patch for me.

I went ahead and grabbed mommy too. Ended up getting Sampo to E6 along the way, so pretty good combo right there. But I didn't level him before so now I'm up for a grind for both of them

I ended up with C5 Luka, C5 Sampo, and C6 Serval after all the pulling on Kafka's banner, and while I have Sampo and Serval semi-leveled already, between weapons for Sampo, Luka, and Kafka, as well as traces and ascensions for Kafka and Luka, I'm gonna be living in the Nihility domain for the next month I think.

I saved since release for Kafka and ended up with E3, 1 of her cone, 1 Himeko, and an unknown amount of 4 stars. I did get E6 Sampo, Serval, and Luka. In all I spent 100 tickets and about 40,000 gems.

Trying to decide what to do now.

Did 55. 1 Luka, 1 Sampo, 2 Serval (E10+) and that's about it. Wouldn't mind having Kafka, but rather have Fu Xuan. May do both, we'll see how I feel <,<

Pulled about 30, did not get a 5* (I'm on guarantee). I might keep going or might just stop. I was going to quit the game after Kafka anyway for a while, but I did really want to snag a copy of her in case I come back

Meh. Used Starglitter to finish the pity and got Kafka at 76/90. Didn't get any extra Luka/Sampo from above, but got another 2 Serval lmao

I think what I'll do is skip Kafka and go for Luane for Imaginary DPS, then go Fuan for eventual Mono Quantum, when Silver Wolf comes back around.

Update 1.3 for Honkai: Star Rail is due to be released at the end of August 2023 and the team at HoYoverse has detailed some nice improvements coming with this patch already. Most important is an increase to the maximum amount of Trailblaze Power you can store: This limit is currently at 180 and will be boosted to 240 – this means players won’t have to log in two times a day as to not waste too much of the precious resource, which is used for farming ascension materials, XP materials, and Relics.

At the moment, Trailblaze Power is gained so quickly that not logging in at least two times a day means that you’re going to hit the storage limit, wasting any overflow. Players will be able to take it a lot easier with the increased capacity. HoYoverse is going one step further, though, adding a feature called Reserved Trailblaze Power. If you still hit the limit due to not being able to play for a few days, for example, a percentage of the overflowing Trailblaze Power will be converted to this resource, which you presumably will be able to tap into later. Fantastic changes all around.

The whole 240 cap was one of those suggestions I made with the initial survey, so can only imagine I wasn't alone in bitching for it. Overflow is just a bit of icing, I guess. Doesn't really solve the issues of resource crunch and not being able to decently kit out every character you get it, but baby steps, I guess.
