Honestly pretty similar to why I hate the tomestone caps in XIV. I get it, devs can't keep up with player consumption, but the answer really isn't to tell us when we can or can't play, either.

I think its just a matter of luck and build. I've auto-battled all bosses up to Cocolia, maybe reacting once or twice for some specific situations

just go full abundance and you'll be able to auto battle every boss including Cocolia.

The fight will just take forever but at least you can watch some youtube or something while it's going lol

Remembrance cheese works pretty well against Svarog, since if he's frozen he can't give commands to the hands to grab you. Serval is also pretty good to build because there's Lightning weakness all over the Simulated Universe and Memories of Chaos right now.

yall need to check out the leaks subreddit. shit is going OFF. 25+ characters have been leaked including the Raiden Shogun counterpart (she's Hunt and seems OP as expected). there's a harmony character whose ult gives you four skill points up to a maximum of seven total, allowing you to go over the cap, while her skill boosts your turn similar to Bronya. these characters will come over the next few years and will likely be adjusted before then but still. what a time to be playing star rail!

I barely remembered to pre-farm some materials for Jing, sadly won't have time to prefarm for Tingyun. I hope I win 50/50, otherwise I might hold back until Silver Wolf. Just hoping Tingyun will come early, because I really want her too.

I might gamble a single 10 pull just to see if I can get a Tingyun or Sushang Eidolon, but I'm holding out for Silver Wolf otherwise. The weapon banner is interesting because I don't have March's light cone and it's quite good, but I don't want to be burning a bunch of warps there either.

Also, make sure you're paying attention when you buy stuff from Herta's shop. I accidentally bought a standard warp instead of a Superimposer this week, lol. Two more weeks till I can get the final superimposition on the hunt light cone now.

Did 40 pulls starting at 20 pity, got 2 Sushang (E2), one March (E3), a couple light cones, and Jing Yuan... lol. Was kinda hoping I would lose the 50/50 to get Bronya or Bailu. Oh well.

I already have Himeko's light cone so I don't think I'm going to mess around trying to get his signature one. It's a lot of crit damage, but it looks pretty specific to him because of the passive only working on follow-ups.

Well, Himeko has follow ups too, and the cone is miles above hers, but it's still kinda whale territory since Erudite have the least usefulness atm since there aren't large waves of large amounts of enemies for them to tear through, though I do find Himeko makes the two world boss fights a lot easier, and that's just with her best 4* cone at S2.
