    imo wait for reviews of Dark Arisen. DD2 is like 1 step forward and 3 steps back from DD1. If it was on sale for like 20 bucks MAYBE I could recommend it but not for freaking 70. No way in hell.

    It's combat and character creation are good. The world is pretty. Like $19.99 tops.

    Even at $20 i think at this point i'd still say wait until the DLC, sunk nearly 90 hours into it when it released and while i mostly had an ok experience with it it was a marked downgrade compared to 1 outside of it looking pretty and a couple of the classes being kinda fun.
    Now granted i did also go into it right after finishing Rebirth so that could of coloured my perception of it but i've not felt the want or need to replay it again since i finished so *shrug*

    the combat was ok, story and enemy variety was absolute ass
