LGBTQ conversion therapy is a go in an 8-1 decision with Jackson desenting.

Seems its only in regard to "speech only" counseling, but this does raise a can of worms regarding regulation of therapists in general now. But its likely courts will only apply it to the "ban" on speech instead of mere regulation.

It basically means that if he shows up, the outcome is already decided. He wants to project strength and pretend his presence actually changes things. More likely, he knew he was going to lose on the tariff issue, so he stayed away to avoid looking weak or non-intimidating.
