After what happened with Garland and then RBG, I can't believe any liberal justice would be so irresponsible while Biden can actually confirm without GOP help

Mike Lindell has revealed his "evidence" for why voting machines are rigged, but he still doesn't get that you can't introduce new evidence into a court case. He is also asking for donations to pay his attorneys.
I'm sure this is just as game changing as the first time he had evidence of fraud. By the way, has he paid that guy for proving it was bullshit yet?
Nope.
can't wait to vote these guys out of office this november

Ok sorry, I just can't read. It's on hold. Hearing is today.
Sorry wrong thread.
Clarence Thomas is inexplicably absent from today's arguments, which I cluse US v Snyder. It's a case involving the bribery of state and local government officials.
Ton of speculation about him, but this is a case on a criminal code not involving federal officials afaik. Wouldn't be surprised if his absence is related to his wife's conduct, however.

Calling it now: Sotomayor had him murdered so Biden can get a pick and people stop bugging her to retire.
It's either that or he overslept, there are no other options.
Maybe he decided to accept John Oliver's offer?
It was a pretty sweet ride.
I'm just fucking floored at the justices interpretation of EMTALA. It's fucking crazy. Alito ready to wait until these women are septic and on vents before they do anything.
I just wish it had been an attorney that is retiring and snapped back "have you read any of your opinions on Women's health"?Prelogar said the law states there is a duty for doctors to act when a pregnant person is “suffering some kind of emergency and her own health isn’t at risk, but the fetus might die,” like in the case of a prolapse of the umbilical cord into the cervix.
“But to suggest that in doing so," Prelogar said, "Congress suggested that the woman herself isn’t an individual, that she doesn’t deserve stabilization — I think that that is an erroneous reading of this."
Alito snapped back: “Nobody’s suggesting that a woman is not an individual and she doesn’t deserve stabilization.”
FWIW, I tend to think that Idaho will lose this case. Barrett wasn't having any of it from Idaho and I doubt Roberts wants to continue the nosedive of his court's reputation.
I'm so over these fuckers' opinions on health care. Almost as done with them as I am pharmacy techs trying to tell me "are you aware how dangerous these medications are". Yes, that's why I went to medical school shut the fuck up Jill.
