No, Chevron deference was stopping me (the theoretical me with the time and money to do this). There was a chilling effect on spurious litigation to battle regulations based on the knowledge that a lengthy court battle against a government agency would result in just getting their decision upheld at every level or at least by SCOTUS barring some especially egregious overreach.

I still think it's hilarious to even pretend the US has the judicial infrastructure that John Roberts seems to be under the impression it has. I think they pretty much sent every case away this term. Tanya Chutkin got royally fucked. She either did a ton of work for absolutely fucking nothing or she's about to do a ton of work for absolutely nothing and the case will be right back at Roberts doorstep.

This was me. I am still a huge Bernie fan and voted for him every chance I got. However I'd have been a fool to not vote hillary or biden, because...duh?
