Yeah they're cheap and can't generally deal with a modern main battle tank. Russians mostly throwing mothballed stock into the grinder. The newer tanks, hell I don't even know what they're on. Is it still the T90? Don't think we're seeing a lot of those, if any.

A modern MBT will outrage, outrun, and can fire while moving at speed. This trash generally can't.
