There is a rumor (theory?) going around that the movies will begin with Krakoa and the revelation that Mutants were a part of all of the MCU thus far, but Professor X made people forget about them.

Oh man, if we're starting with a retcon I already have reservations. There have been several leaks lately from unconfirmed but credible sources (including Black Panther stuff, so watch out)

I'm truly starting to feel the burnout now. Of course I'll continue to go see them, but I feel like not recasting certain characters is going to end up being a detriment. Half of the fun of these huge ensemble movies is getting the most popular characters together. We are already so many heroes down and so many interactions we will never see.

I don't need a 1:1 of the comics. Having the ability to do it though, would be nice. People get so fixated on an actor as a character and while I do understand, truly, characters in the comics are always changing their looks and even powers when a different artist/writer is doing a run.

I'm not saying I want to see someone do their best RDJ impression playing Tony Stark, but if you're telling me there's only 1 literal person on this planet of 7.5 billion people that's an acceptable Iron Man, I'd say I disagree.
