i ain't kept up with much MCU since Endgame times, was the whole setup kinda botched with that domestic violence business and they switched to Doom to salvage it? like was there any kind of Thanos / infinity stones buildup or is Doom just swinging in from the top rope

It was fine. Which is a shame after stuff like Endgame and guardians 3 and spiderman, but it wasnt nearly as bad as people pretend it was lol.
