You don't need your feet to be set if you're already in position, which Love was. His upper body and right leg didn't move until Giannis was colliding with him.

Like they literally talk about this every single time a charge/block situation comes up, they even mentioned it when Ingles got the blocking foul, which in that situation he was not in position so it was on him.
