DiVincenzo kinda masquerades as a shooter (for... reasons) but has been league average for his career despite being in shooter friendly systems in Milwaukee and GS. he's secretly a freak athlete guy with a 40+ vert who is gonna play a lot better defense than you expect + can pass better than you'd think, but idk if his shooting is gonna hold up. his range does extend way beyond the line tho so maybe he is coming into it

Just have to hope you're getting the 52/40/82% guy from the Warriors last year and not who he's been any season before that basically.

Oh yeah I think donte’s shooting will drop a tad since he won’t get as many open looks in NY as he did in GS

However, a trio of Hart/Quickley/DDV is a pretty damn solid bench unit that can make plays and defend. I think he fits our system perfectly and you can play him anywhere

The only way paying Jerami Grant for 5 years makes sense is if Dame was staying. Dame not requesting the trade request until after they agreed to his contract is a dick move.

Paying Grant was dumb either way bc they drafted Scoot before FA. Why draft a PG if you plan to keep Dame and pay Grant? Portland half asses everything and I don’t blame Lillard for being fed up with it
