Anyone who actually followed football knew Flores was a fucking idiot for benching Tua. It's hilarious that is your justification. Flores hated Tua. Everyone knew he did. He didn't want to draft him and pushed Grier to get anyone but Tua. Flores treatment of the team is what got him fired despite being their most successful coach in over a decade. It was shocking then, but it looks like it was absolutely the right thing to do. Tua has gotten better each year despite having a revolving door of OCs, and literally 2 at the same time at one point in Miami. Despite that, Tua was incredibly accurate well before Hill put on a dolphins jersey. Yeah, Hill helps and having a coach that has put together an incredibly effective offensive scheme has been a boon to him, but his accuracy and ability to see the field has been there.
Edit: also, it was not this off-season the fins tried to trade for Brady/Watson. We can throw it in the fat pile of incorrect posts you like to make and get called out on. It was in 2019 and 2020 when the dolphins reached out to Brady and Sean Peyton. Same for Watson, once Flores was fired at the end of last season, Chris Grier said they would not trade for Watson. The trade almost happened in November of last year, not this off-season. Once Flores was gone, that door shut because it was Flores and Ross pushing for it. Once the off-season hit and Flores was gone, so were the Watson rumors.
at what point will ar12 be appearing on the pat mcafee show to throw them all under the bus tho
it doesn't matter what grading system you prefer; qbr/passer rating/pff grades/td-int ratio/whatever. tua was not a good qb in 2020 or 2021... your own team, when flores was already gone for months, wasn't actively trying to trade for another qb for giggles.
has devonte wyatt done anything? he was popular pre-draft
consistency
i hope the saints are down 21+ when payton comes on

dropping koupons in fantasy asap
I don't know why you keep saying they were trying to trade for another QB for months after Flores was gone. That's the reason he was fired...They were not trying to trade for Brady or Watson after last season. There's literally articles detailing it with Miami's GM stating explicitly "were staying with Tua, we are not going after Watson". It was in November last year they attempted a trade. Not March. The Brady stuff was in 2020 and 2021...the punishment was in this off-season, not the actual contact with Brady. Dunking on you is like a dunking on a kindergartner. Probably because you like to say shit without actually checking to see if you're right, then doubling down when you're shown to be wrong. It's fun.
Because it’s been a couple of days since we last clowned on him.

hey mang, idk if you know this but the brady/payton thing was this off-season:
https://www.complex.com/sports/tom-b...e-fell-through
it all went down the year brady/payton retired together... which was 2022.
both payton and bradys rights were/are still owned by the bucs/saints so a trade was per-negoitated with the fins until the flores lawsuit fucked up everyone's plans... in february of 2022
... this isn't breaking news here
No, it wasn't. Also, February isn't "months" after Flores was fired man. C'mon. Keep your story straight.

The NFL reveals its six-month investigation found the Dolphins — namely Ross and Beal — violated the league’s anti-tampering policy on three occasions from 2019-2022for conversations with Brady and Payton. The Dolphins’ penalties include the loss of their 2023 first-round draft pick and a third rounder in 2024, a $1.5 million fine for Ross and a $500,000 fine for Beal. Brady will face no penalty, the league says.
