So I'm not sure how Steamdecks work at all, or how the folder structure works compared to like.. a laptop/desktop/mac/chromebook, etc.. but assuming they have "drives" or whatever, to give you an example:

I just picked one of my other drives to put the game, and no other folder, and it created the HorizonXI folder. Don't try to create it's own folder or anything.

Now obviously if steamdecks are completely different then that, I genuinely have no earthly idea. :/ My knowledge is wide, but I've never messed with one of those so it's like kaboom to my brain.

It uses a Linux file system. Steamdeck runs a modified version of Proton so you don't need to run a translation layer like Wine since it's all built in, but Valve doesn't include everything in the base install of SteamOS so you have to download and enable ProtonGE to install something like Horizon onto it (search ProtonQT in the Discover "store" in steam deck desktop mode).

After you do that you add the Horizon executable to Steam, set it to run using ProtonGE in compatibility settings, and then launch through Steam.

I am almost certain they said it would be original just Rare drops. Though I've not seen a pair of Leaping Boots yet and that is extremely suspicious lol.

even if it was killed every 2hrs since server up, there would still likely only be a few pairs floating around

I was told it was the Rare version but I have not seen the proof myself either. Hopefully the ra/ex is in the BCNM too otherwise there's gonna be a lot of useless BCNM that'll just get ignored.

It's not so much that but I'd have suspected someone would throw it on AH for a crazy price at least. Tho the smart play is probably holding it till there's more gil in the market
