The problem is that when you submit art for that, Bungie explicitly says that by submitting, you're giving them permission to do whatever they want with it. The artist also doesn't seem mad about it, just surprised.

So, extremely scuzzy, but not explicitly plagiarism because they give themselves permission.

Yes. It's a scene where if it was placed halfway into the Lightfall campaign, it would have cleared up a lot of confusion about what the Veil is and it's purpose. Still wouldn't explain what Calus was doing, but this was needed for the rest.

It's just another in a long line of clusterfucks that could have been completely avoided if Bungie had just told the featured artists ahead of time that their work was being used somehow. Truly a bizarre decision not to.

New exotic scout sucks, and I am not sure who gave the ok to put a side mission for the exotic in the middle of deep dives.. there is no way to matchmake deepdives successfuly anymore. Really stupid idea.
