Learned last night that claiming the Ergo Sum from the 2nd path in the Pale Heart will not actually drop unless you had finished the quest line that introduces the weapon. That was a waste of a night.

There are a ton of stuff the game does not clearly explain that should be. Prerequisites for quests and missions, things being locked out etc.

Im blocked from finishing the Khostov quest too due to broken bosses.

Our group was struggling at first because a lot of the guides don't mention that the inside people have to trade away your initial symbols -- we were trying to be more efficient about it. The guides get around this by having you get both two symbols to match what your statue is holding, but I think it is more efficient for everyone to pass both their symbols in the same direction (like everyone passes to the right, right person sends theirs to the left person). Worst case scenario, you need to pass two symbols (like the other way). It could be more efficient or best case, you don't have to send anything.
