When Bungie said that they're releasing all of Act 1's story bits at once, i was expecting more than an hour's worth of content. This is just sad.

I mean, that sounds pretty average for seasonal story content if you cut it into 5/6 10 minute weekly missions.
It's not good but it's definitely no worse than it has been for 3 years already.

it may not help much but apparently the 2nd major fieldwork increases the chance of an upgraded potion which should theoretically speed up progression

I think the last time I was this uninterested in a season was Haunted..
Did my missions and placements and feel no desire to grind...
Will still probably do the dungeon under contest after work for Icebreaker.

Didn't bother banging my head against Contest mode, but did get through it on Normal fairly painlessly. It's a very cool dungeon, and the skyboxes are incredible. Not sure I'm that interested in many of the weapon rolls but I'm sure I'm going to have to run it 50 times for Icebreaker anyway.
