He's actually exceptionally bad at the lawyer technicality side of the law, which is why Disney is face-crushing him in this little dispute.

So a court ruling he is no longer governor is would actually be something I expect in this timeline.

State Congress passed it I believe, but he never signed it. Idk what the problem is, honestly they're likely just incompetent if the Disney case is any indication.
