AFAIK it was only 1 Floridian state congressman who actually tried to propose a bill that would have given Trump a lump of taxpayer money+a certain amount for each DMV transaction or whatever, but DeSantis vowed to veto it if it ever actually got passed because, despite endorsing Trump, he obviously fucking hates him

You'd be surprised at how many video posts I come across of people trying to debunk that pictures of the stars from amateur astronomers aren't real. They even go so far as to say ground based consumer telescopes have a computer built into the optical train that generates AI images of the sky when you look into the eyepiece or take pictures. Their "evidence" is that they can take a picture of Jupiter with high quality, but when it comes to taking a picture of the ISS (which is moving fast as fuck at a much shorter distance to us) the image is all blurry.
