Has been caught doing the unthinkable over and over again, and it's a fucking toss up? When I was younger, I really believed everyone had a basic level of goodness inside them, that people were generally smart. 2016 absolutely shattered that, and the cognitive dissonance has been eating me up ever since. I don't understand what's so plain for us to see is absolutely hidden from a large portion of the population.

The thing that's the most mind blowing to me is the realization of the Goebbel's quote:

If you tell a lie big enough and keep repeating it, people will eventually come to believe it.

I hear people that are voting for Trump go on and on and on about how much of a shithead he is but how he was supposedly this incredibly victorious overachiever in office. Then just listing out stuff that literally never happened.

"Made peace in the middle east until Biden"
"Ended all global wars"
"Completely fixed the US economy and ended the debt crisis"
"Solved the housing market until Biden"
"No immigrants, built the wall"

Like none of this happened. At all. 5 seconds of research will prove it, but no, those are all fake news sources. It totally happened.

Like it's become incredibly obvious to me that for a literal majority of the country you can just say whatever over and over and people will 100% believe it and regurgitate it for you for free.

The way I see it, anybody still voting for Biden isn't going to NOT vote for Harris or anybody else, or Trump.

But, there are people out there that would probably not vote AT ALL but will if it's not Biden.

Dems can only stand to gain votes.

This past year has made me glad I was never lucky enough to have children until this point. I look at my 3 year old niece with a knot in my stomach thinking of the world she might grow up in. If that heritage fuckhole thinks his "revolution" will be bloodless he is sorely mistaken.

I wonder how many people just don't have experience with super old people. Like, is that how anyone wants their president to talk? Probably not. But I don't think "confusedly ramble" is accurate at all. "No body said anything except me. They said I didn't do anything to stop the invasion of Ukraine, and they think I encouraged Russian to invade. They're reading from a list of lies. He said I made up quotes about suckers and losers. I was with all the Americans at the cemetery for WW1. This guy is going to have to start answering for what he did." There's a ton of stuttering and double speech/back pedaling, sure, but is it really that hard for some to follow along?

Too lazy to scroll up, but whoever said this election has come down to arguments about being old vs crazy hit it on the nose. Trump's crazy has been aired out in the open for years, feels like the pendulum is swinging back and everyone is just going all in on every Biden gaffe.
