Yesterday there were a couple holdouts that were going with their gut instead of the law. The judge had to remind the jury what they were supposed to be considering when making their decision. I guess they couldn't be swayed.

nah, no way they run them consecutive instead of concurrent; max would be 10 years where he'd serve both charges at the same time, and that's max. It's not a state prison/judge where the judge can arbitrarily pick anywhere between the minimum and maxium sentence. With federal judges/prison there are strict, point based guidelines. 0% chance of him getting the maximum since he has no priors, and what he was convicted of is not a violent crime.

Would be a low level offender. Worst case scenario is maybe 5 years?; of that 5 years, on good behavior, you'd only have to serve 60% of that, 3 years. Credit for time served, by the time his sentencing date comes up, he'll have had a year of credit for time served, so we drop that to 2 years. Then the crime he's been convicted of is eligible for the first step act. As long as he attends rehab programs/stays on good behavior, he can earn up to 54 days a year of good behavior. If he covers all his bases and behaves himself, he's looking at a year and a half worst case scenario.

but that crime is max 10 years, min 0. His lawyer could very well, as a first offender of a non violent crime, get credit for time served and get him on probation instead and he could be out as soon as his sentencing date on October 3rd.

20 years isn't even close to on the table here. This isn't state prison where the judge can make a subjective decision to give him the max term because he's a piece of shit


On a side note since his traveling/transport prostitutes were both for cassie and jane doe; why haven't they been charged with prostitution? If there's no prostitutes, then Diddy technically should have cleared those charges as well, so like... where the prostitutes court case at?

More than likely as they were pushing for sex trafficking charges, Cassie and Jane Doe were given immunity for testimony. A lot of states do that now as they want to go after the pimps and not punish the people being prostituted.
