Honestly, the Jets have the Packers by the balls. If they don't trade him, he's retiring and they are stuck with a damn near 60 mil cap hit. Trading him is going to give them something back, along with a re-negotiated contract that takes effect before the trade to dampen the cap hit.

Honestly a 2nd in this draft + a conditional 4th in the 2024 draft that becomes a third if the Jets make the playoffs with Rogers as the starting QB in 2024, a second if he gets them to the AFC Championship game, and a first if they make the Superbowl in 23 or 24.

1. Teams can now play 2 Thursday night games a year. Previous limit was 1.

2. The QB “push” play will be reviewed next season, to see if defenses adjust this season.
