cuts have begun.
mariota cut, golladay cut, as some of the bigger names
also the michael irvin thing is truly starting to sound like some true bullshit.
the marriott is now claiming the marriott that this event happened at isn't actually a marriott, but some other hotel but they've leased their name to the hotel.... which is what all marriott's are lol. also they're saying they kicked irvin out of the hotel and went to his employers because of one individual inappropriate comment in a 30 second conversation.
in short they're doing everything in their power to not give up the video because there's nothing on the video
My guess is he was drunk, asked a female employee about coming to his hotel/paying for it, was declined, and she took big offense to it.
no doubt, but a hotel can't go to someone's employer about something like that. guests can hit on whoever they want to
irvs gonna win this eventually if the video just shows two people talking
RIP to a Giants legend.

If I go up to a Hilton clerk and offer her $500 to come to my room and have sex, they have every right to kick me out lol. I'm sure ESPN/NFL, whoever he works for, was renting the entire hotel or several floors for the event and they were working closely with logistic management and just told them why he was being kicked out.
if you take away the $500 bucks aspect of this, no they can not. not without it being forceful or aggressive. offering money for sex in any setting is illegal. asking someone if they are interested in having sex with you in a public setting is not.
what you're suggesting, every bartender on the planet could sue every patron they've ever served. servers across the globe would be millionaires lol
In the US, a hotel can remove a guest for any of the following:
1. Unable or refusing to pay a bill
2. Becoming a pest to other guests
3. Behaving in poor manner
4. Having a poor reputation
UNLESS the person has been at the hotel long enough that the State considers them a tenant, which then they must give an eviction notice before removing them. I'm sure he just doesn't want his career ruined, which should be enough to salvage that. I doubt there is going to be evidence audio of whatever he said.
The hotel can absolutely kick out Irvin if one of their employees complained lol. If she made it up, he can feel free to go after he for damages. At most, the hotel is annoyed and gives him a minor settlement to STFU and go away.
eagles hired some dude ive never heard of to be their dc
cool
whatever
49er ppl, how good is Mike Mcglinchey?
I'll take it. Sign the man
Fournette's career should be cooked. Dude was awful and out-of-shape from day 1 last season.
