I'd find catcher setup more likely than actually tipping, honestly. Kirk is fucking terrible at actually catching, wouldn't surprise me if he was setting up too early. The batter isn't supposed to look back at the catcher but there's no rule about the dugout doing it.

If someone on the team is being stupid and tipping pitches in some way there is no reason the other team shouldn't take advantage of it as long as they're keeping within the rules. Especially these days with teams using Pitchcom so there aren't even signs to give away
