Network Tester/ Cable Tester

Hey fellow IT people, particularly network engineers. What is your favorite network tester/cable tester?

I am looking to get a new one to expand my capabilities. I have a basic Klein cable tester right now but I want something that can do more. Budget $3k or less.

I was looking at lots of different options but it is hard to tell what each one does or doesn't do sometimes and I would love to hear first hand experiences.

Since I already have a cable tester if it doesn't cable test that isn't the end of the world.

I would like DHCP, VLAN, closest switch, port blink, poe check, speed check, and if possible cable test.

I have been looking at the Fluke LinQ and Netally Linksprinter and netool.io Pro

Anyone have experience with any of those or have a better tool for what I want?

Every time I've ever been impressed by a network tester, it has been Fluke.

That is what I am learning. I wish I could find someone who has experience with the netool.io and the Linksprinter so I could compare. I was also curious about Trendnet testers as they have some high end testers similar to the Fluke's but about $1k less. Jonard tools also makes testers and I have always really liked their tools but not sure how good their testers would be.

I am kind of leaning towards the netool.io Pro2 right now. It doesn't do everything I want it to but it would allow me to run diagnostics without needing to lug my laptop around all over the place.
