The incident happened before FTR made the challenge if I'm remembering my dates right. It was about 2 weeks ago on the 5th and he had the arrest warrant issued a week earlier. I can't even remotely imagine Tony Khan would have gone ahead with the storyline if he knew about this.

Really similar to what happened with Enzo where he hid from WWE that there was an active investigation into him.
