Totally fine, good clean hockey play in the middle of the ice where the puck certainly wasn't.

To be fair to both Staal brothers, it's not like either one of them is fast enough to hit anyone during the play.

Edit: Why post about it just to draw all the dogpiling from Salodin and whoever else. Also not much point in being mad about it because it's been happening the entire series and going uncalled. It's horseshit, but I'll save getting angry for the new and exciting fuck-ups.
