I dunno besides the issue with the lag when opening the UI im running fine max everything. but I do have a good build.

I wouldn't call this an abomination at all.

I enjoyed the first one a lot. I don't have the patience for these game types solo so being a coop is what gets me to play it. Story is probably meh but I'll be picking this up with a friend soon.

Its on a whole other level compared to the first. Really well done sequel! even if you are not into souls like games the easier difficulty is a nice entry level and allows you to focus on more the rpg aspects of the game. also co op is a blast and the way they have set up the random generation of the content. it makes having friends a plus for loot. basically my play through might be different to someone elses and I can join their game to kill a boss that I never had on my first game etc.

in addition to having different bosses that can spawn in a given world there is often a choice (sometimes more subtle than others) about which version of the boss you fight. for instance one boss fight you initiate by pressing a button on a terminal or whatever, but if you've found a key item elsewhere in that world there's an alternate interaction you can choose for a somewhat different fight/reward/story outcome

Buddy and I decided to play through 1 before we start 2 since he played it on PS and I haven't played it at all. Having a blast. I tend to love anything co-op really.

definitely got much better after my first world. did not like n'eruhn or whatever it's called. boss fights are good, root rot can suck my ass though

the last or close to last boss is incredibly lame. i feel like i'm going to have a seizure fighting it and i'm...not photosensitive at all

Did co-op with my buddy. Was a good time, agree the last boss was..honestly the worst part of the game lol. Cool conceptually, but jarring as fuck in practice.

We've farmed up gear with intent to tackle the hardest difficulty at some point. Given what I saw when we dabbled in it a bit before, going to be ridiculous. Modifiers are generally whatever, but when you get a really bad one on Apoc, it REALLY sucks.
