How's the new season been? I've seen some google news complaints but haven't looked myself. Hearing it's worse than season 2.

I’d say the animation has dropped to PowerPoint levels, but honestly PowerPoint has a bit more movement. Now that I’ve gotten my jab in, I’d say it’s about on par with season 2, maybe even a little worse. Either way, it doesn’t do the manga justice. Honestly, I’d rather they hadn’t adapted it at all than take something that good and butcher it like this. I’m usually against AI replacing human work, but at this point I feel like AI could probably do a better job than the studio currently handling it.

Edit: I should note my wife is still enjoying it, but for fans i feel it is hard to watch.

I read 213-217 last night as I was on holiday and due to a project release at work been busy and forgot about it.

It's been a very enjoyable mini arc, it's simple and yet effective. Action is quite nice too. None of all that bulllllllllllllshit in with associations, ninjas and whatnot.

I actually was so caught up on season 3 of the anime being bad that I missed the new chapter posted. I liked it lol, was a good chapter. Need to find a place to go reread a few chapters to jog my memory but even standalone it was nice

Just reiterating this here. I thought it wouldn't possibly get worse but it somehow did.
