    High level gears in capped BCNMs

    I just saw a video where a plyer is wearing iLvl gears in a capped BCNM, and getting base stat boosts including HP+ and MP+. Is this normal? Do all higher gears act like this?

    It varies by stat. Some scale down based on the level cap and others seem to just be removed.
