Kuzmenko has been on some kinda hotstreak ever since our games stopped mattering lol. 16 points (9 goals) in his last 9 games. Overall 24 points in his 27 games with the Flames, so yeah, pretty slow start with 8 points in his first 18 games, including a rough stretch of 6 pointless games, but he got paired up with Kadri and the two have been lighting it up together.

It's annoying to see now cause I want the Flames to be losing and they've won 2 in a row lol. But going into next season, a full year with both Kuzmenko and Sharangovich hitting their stride, ideally Huberdeau not waiting until Dec 31st to start being a point a game player, still got Markstrom playing well, adjusting the D core a bit, Miromanov has a really strong chance to find his stride too. The Flames could potentially have a nice bounce back season.

But we'll see. At this point, I am mentally prepared to be perpetually disappointed by the Flames
