Levis wasn’t active today. He hurt his groin during preseason game 1 and didn’t get to play in the next 2, or he would have been the #2. Vrabel won’t insert with without leading the 1’s in practice, which is smart. By all reports, Levis has been great in camp/practice with a quick release and hard to take down. He needs to improve how fast he goes through options, but that is better than Malik who essentially needs to drastically improve in every possible category that exists.

Simply a matter of when.
