Serious question - after the Pacheco non-fumble, down by contact, would have been a running clock except for his 15 yard personal foul. But shouldn't there be a 10 second runoff after that penalty? Or no? I'm hazy on that rule.

I have no idea whether a personal foul penalty stops a running clock or not.

It's a dead ball foul that stops the next play so I think so? Makes sense, you don't want guys punching players as a clock ticks down and you won't get a hail mary snap off in time.
