That said, when my dad worked security for the Raiders games when they were in Oakland (the county sheriff's office was contracted as extra security) the rule from the NFL and the Sheriff's Office is that if you're on the field, you're behind the players watching the stands, not the game. Your job is to keep dumbass fans from going onto the field, as well as if you see any fights break out, to help guide the in stadium security to where the altercation is in the stands. Not get into the faces of opposing NFL players after a penalty.

If you know the name of the head of security for your team, and you're not an actual employee under them or a friend with them, your head of security is not doing their fucking job.
