I seriously considered solo trekking it to Kansas City. I'm on vacation the next two weeks since I had planned on going to miami. I have a Canada goose coat, a heated pullover, a heated hat, heated gloves, Baffin Boots. I could probably go there and sweat the entire time. Just the damn road conditions. It's a 6 and 1/2 hour drive, I don't want to fly because I don't want to get stuck.

You won't sweat there I promise. They're also setting up heat stations and allowing you to bring cardboard signs to insulate your feet. Has to be no bigger than 3x5. You can also bring heated blankets and a battery backup.

Pierce staying on as coach is 100% the right move. They should overhaul the coaching staff on the offensive side of the ball but leaving him as the guy in charge is the clear best option given the players and fan base all like him, and they showed tangible improvement on the field once he took over.
