2024 NFL Wildcard Weekend: never count out touchdown bill?

That alone should be a fireable offense.

cox and graham should be gone, they signed them to one year deals last year. graham has already said he would like to come back for one more year but it would be his last, he wants a year long retirement party like baseball players i guess. the eagles have more than enough depth at defensive line where they aren’t needed

funny enough cox and graham both had a sack yesterday. the one time our defensive line actually got sacks in a game the secondary and linebackers shit the bed even worse than they had been

i was willing going into the game last night to give sirianni the benefit of the doubt but after that performance nope. if you’re going to fire BOTH of your coordinators (which the eagles should) then that’s a direct reflection of the head coach and he can kick rocks now too

we’ve fired better head coaches for less

no first year coordinators (unless MAYBE it’s ben johnson), get an experienced veteran coach in here

    Slowik, Ben Johnson, Brian Callahan

These all seem like they are going to be great hires by some team, eventually.

    Edit: Also the Ravens DC

They put in a new rule that you can talk to personnel staff in the playoffs after the wild card weekend now right?

Peyton and Eli were straight up mocking the philly OC's play-calling last night.

Hurts has all the tools and keeps calm. The Eagles are not calling plays that gives him options if pressure is there quickly. Every target is going 15+ yards down the field and multiple are ending up near each other when he releases.

Edit: And they sure as fuck are not running the ball. If I was Swift, there is no way I'd resign there.

Just Dak and Tua (and Flacco a bit too)

Stafford and Hurts are not the reason their teams lost, and no one cares about Mason Rudolph

the ONE thing i will say about what ive heard about why brian johnson is getting interviews is because he’s being credited for developing hurts. again, hes known and worked with hurts for years, and was the qb coach the last two years when he really became a much better player and passer, so some teams with younger qbs (like Carolina who is interviewing him) see him as someone who can develop their qb as well

but fucking good luck to you if that’s your plan and you want him to run an offense too. hire him to be your qb coach then

    kelce deserved better than this

anyway the eagles drafted landon dickerson three years ago and cam jurgens two years ago and they were both centers in college. the eagles knew this day was coming and were prepared at least. they can also look for a quality free agent center if they don’t want to move them from the guard position, or get a free agent guard and move one of them over

lane johnson already said he still has a few good years left in him, mailata is young and under a new contract

offensively the eagles have a lot of good pieces still…but devonta contract time is coming
