Hard Knocks kinda covered how teams handle this kind of shit. When Miami was playing Las Vegas, they noticed Crosby loves to just bump, run into, shove, etc the QB after the play if he's even remotely close to the QB. Not to hurt the QB, but just so it's always in the QBs head that he's gonna be closing in. Just fucking with their head. So they got a practice squad kid to chase tua around just to push him around at practice to try to get Tua stirred up.

Wilkens loves to shove the center onto his ass on every false start. Just trying to make them second guess themselves.

You can def get the point across in ways that don't draw a 15 yard penalty. There's a good video of Sneed jamming Tyreek to the shadow realm, then Tyreek tried to get up and Sneed shoved his ass back down (which is illegal after breaking the initial contact, but really never flagged).
