With the optional account linking I believe Steam will probably allow those countries to buy again. They should all still be able to play currently, they were just facing a stonewall of not being able to play in July had Sony continued down this path but now it will be optional.

Like others have said on Reddit, all Sony had to do was just say "Hey if you sync your account you can get a cape" and a lot of people would but nope instead they wanted to just force the player base into it instead.

Apparently there is a bug where you can load in in the flag carrying stance and that's your life now. The devs have deemed it a feature and will keep it in.

The difficulty. I mean I've only been playing for a week, but a decent chunk of time, obviously there's a lot of gear I don't have yet, but the tunnel fights are hell due to the lack of stratagem support, and in the tight confines it's easy to get pinned down and swarmed. the two new major enemy types are also a lot to deal with, plus the burrowing can be obnoxious.
