Fallout 5 and Obsidian's Fallout officially announced, remasters of Fallout 3 & New Vegas, continued support for Fallout 76, Shelter, ESO, & Starfield
Seems like an announcement to try to rebound from all the shit news about layoffs in the last week. Guarantee they didn’t want to announce stuff this early. But nice to know, at least.
Yeah, they are going all out for positive news spins if this happened lmao
New Vegas remaster lffgggggg

Seems the game doesn't have it's own topic
I thought it was odd that the game wasn't at Summer Games Fest given how much marketing they did last year. This explains that.
Sounds like its nowhere close to release then

Is it too much to hope we'll get Lost Odyssey on PC someday?
I keep hoping so I don't have to emulate it
I can play Crimson Skies 2 in an official capacity for once in my life? Best news of the year for me.
Just need to wait for them to get 360 games up there and Lost Odyssey / Blue Dragon.
Looking at their website for what's available 'now' that Xbox Series users can buy, the OG Xbox list is pretty damn small.

Would also love to see Jet Set Radio Future
Probably not, it was never added to backwards compatibility for the consoles and I doubt they'd add new games to the PC side. They'll likely try to bring it to parity with what the current consoles offer for the inevitable launch of their next system.
Hey quit pissing on my dreams
If there was an excuse to add more games to that collection though it'd definitely be with this new push, but who knows if the original staff that did all of the enhanced emulations still exists at MS, or if this is just another crew forking over the work that was already done for the Series S/X to run in a Windows environment instead.
Annoyingly for me, if they got to 360 games, Skate 1 & 3 are available digitally, but 2 got taken off at some point. Would be nice to play those in an official capacity on PC without emulating my PS3 copies, because I doubt they're going to let us use original Xbox discs as proof of ownership on PC like you can on Series S/X.
I believe the guy who was in charge of the backwards compatibility program was let go in the recent mass layoffs. Xbox consoles have been effectively running an extreme stripped down version of Windows since the original console, I'd imagine these Windows versions don't require *that* much additional work to make them running on a full version of the OS
Gun and Ball, now with more right-wing propaganda, I guess.
Pretty much only EA games (that I know of) I was buying at this point was Dragon Age and Mass Effect and heavily discounted fifa games, but I guess I should stop
